Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Thank you for accepting an assignment to serve our Young Women at Camp Ritchie this year, 2026. In preparing for this assignment, prayerfully seek direction from our Heavenly Father. The new Young Women Camp guide says that everything we do at camp should help each young woman accomplish the following:
Strengthen her faith in and testimony of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ
Understand her identity as a daughter of God
Receive, recognize, and rely on the promptings of the Holy Ghost
Develop friendships and have fun
Being spiritually and physically prepared is essential. This will help you to recognize the needs and strengths of each girl and how best to demonstrate love, patience, and understanding.

Complete the LiveScan fingerprinting requirement for the Livermore Stake. (This only needs to be completed once. We will contact you with instructions if we can’t find your record.)
Send Michele Nelson (nelsonrn@gmail.com) your completion certificate for First Aid and CPR training showing an expiration date of June 14, 2026, or later. The stake will reimburse you if you turn in a receipt. Here is an easy option; use coupon code PROMO10.
We recognize that leaving family and responsibilities for several days is a sacrifice. Thank you for making that sacrifice. Camp often makes an incredible difference in the lives of the Young Women. Your stewardship plays an important part during this crucial time in their spiritual development and we are confident it will strengthen your testimony as well.
